Field Service Technician Role

As a Dock & Door mechanic at ProLift Warehouse Solutions, you will:
• Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of warehouse and loading dock equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment efficiently and effectively
• Maintain an accurate parts inventory and obtain necessary technical information
• Utilize proper test equipment and follow technical manuals
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management
• Accurately complete work orders, time logs, and reports using a tablet
• Operate lift trucks, aerial equipment, and truck-mounted cranes as required
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling’s mission of “Helping People Carry the Load”

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Technical school preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficient with computers and tablets
• 2+ years of mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to work in various conditions, including outdoor environments and noisy shop settings
• Physical capability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
